Sicklerville, NJ—I created the Las Tarascas site earlier this year, and it was a complete pleasure. To be honest, it was my first restaurant client, but I was excited to give it a go. I love to cook, and this was right up my alley. You can visit the site at las-tarascas.com. Restaurante Las Tarascas is located within the Winslow Plaza in Sicklerville, NJ. Sun-colored walls with hand carved artwork, ceramic masks and authentic figurines give the dining room a warm, comfortable feel. The focal point of the dining area, however, are the amazing hand painted chairs which depict traditional Mexican pueblo scenes. The food at Las Tarascas is not outdone by the decor. Authentic regional dishes are prepared with precision and passion, using only the freshest ingredients. The menu consists of an array of dishes from central and southern Mexico with all of the sauces and salsas being made from scratch. My wife and I dine there often, and it's like the first time, every time. The focus of the site was photography, and every menu item has a photograph. This was important, as all too often restaurant menus, let alone websites, don't have any photography to help whet your appetite. I took all the photography using macro mode, like many mainstream cooking magazines do, which gives the food a more dramatic appearance. I'm happy to announce that the restaurant is moving from Sicklerville to a prime location in downtown Philadelphia. We're very happy for them, ableit, it's a bit further to drive for us when we get the urge for great Mexican food! I encourage anyone within the Philadelphia metro area to give the restaurant a try; before or after they move. It's worth the drive!

Every bathroom should have a copy of this book. Why? Because it provides 20% more colo-evacuatory inspiration than anything Larry King has written, and 15% more factual mistakes. It's available in black & white and full color.
